Trouble ticket submissions will be charged a $25.00 fee per incident. Current billable project submissions are excluded from trouble ticket fee. New project requests are initiated by submitting a trouble ticket.

Hourly rates are billed in half-hour increments.
Clients will be invoiced at the end of each calendar month or at project completion
(whichever comes first).
Invoices are payable upon receipt.
Rates are subject to change.
